Products that are not in the same state as the state of delivery or that have been used and not only opened, are not exchanged or refunded.

After receipt of the returned product we will inspect it completely and notify you within a reasonable time period via e-mail about your right to replacement or refund (if applicable). We strive to process the refund or replacement within thirty (30) days after our confirmation to you by e-mail, whereby you have the right to a refund or replacement of the product.
